The Clarion County Redevelopment Authority, re-established in 2021, has a mission to return blighted, abandoned, and functionally obsolete properties to productive use, promote the elimination of blighted areas and supply sanitary housing in areas throughout the County by way of planning and contracting with private, corporate or governmental redevelopers for redevelopment.
