Continuum of Care (COC)

The Continuum of Care (COC) Program is offered on a referral basis only. The COC Program has 10 units in the permanent disabled housing. The goal is to help those consumers find helpful resources by providing stepping stones to evolve to a stable home life and stable financial state.
