Resident Services Program is offered on a referral basis only. This program helps consumers find information and linkage to needed service for low-income residents living in affordable housing developments. The goal with this program aligns with the CCHRA mission statement in that it allows residents to maintain their housing for longer periods of time, enhances their quality of life, and provides greater incidence of safe, affordable housing for the population we serve.
